HYROX Juniors | Ages 8–13
HYROX Juniors is our next-generation training program, designed specifically for young athletes who want to move, train and build real fitness in a fun, structured environment.
Combining running with functional strength and coordination-based exercises, this program mirrors the global HYROX race format — scaled appropriately for age and stage of development.
Athletes will rotate through a set sequence of stations, building endurance, strength, confidence and resilience while learning how to train with purpose.

This is the perfect pathway for kids looking to get active, build fitness and develop the skills needed for HYROX Youngstars and beyond.
